We want Empowering Enterprise to be a welcoming project for all, whatever their gender. We have created this toolkit for people who are working with a young person with a trans history or who is currently transitioning. It includes guidance on completing documents and paperwork where there may have been a change in name or gender; advice on language and it also signposts you to a range of resources and support networks.
